1. How do I register?

To register to any of our courses you need to send us your CV together with the registration form clearly filled and signed (only handwritten signatures are accepted). You can send us these documents via e-mail, fax or post.

2. When is the deadline of the course?

The deadlines of our courses are always indicated in the program (PDF file). By that deadline participants must have sent us all the registration documents (CV and registration form) and must have finalized their payment of all the course fees.

3. When do I have to pay?

After we receive your application, we notify you in a couple of days if your application has been accepted. Only in that case you are asked to pay the course fees, in any case before the course deadline indicated in the program description.

4. Which methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay via bank transfer (including the international transfer fee, if it is the case) or via Western Union.

5. In what language is the program given?

Unless differently written, our programs are given in English.

6. Do I have to know German?

Unless differently written, no German knowledge is required to attend our programs.

7. Is accommodation included in the course fees?

Accommodation is included in the course fees only if explicitly written in the program description. If accommodation is included, the conditions are indicated in the program. If accommodation is not included, participants have to organize their stay for the entire duration of the course and bear the related costs.

8. Are the flight costs included in the course fees?

The flight costs, as well as all the other costs not explicitly mentioned in the fees description, are not included in the course fees. Each participant has to bear the costs related to the flight.

9. Is there an age restriction to join your programs?

The minimum age required to participate in our programs is 18 years, legal age in Germany.

10. Do you accept foreign applicants?

Foreign participants are welcome to take part into our programs.

11. Do I need a visa?

Depending on your country of origin, you may enter Germany for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa. If this is the case, you do not need a visa.

12. Do you offer me a visa?

We do not offer any visa, but we help you to obtain it. Participants who need a visa have to apply for it independently and  cover all costs associated with the visa process.

13. How do you help me to obtain a visa?

If you need a visa to enter Germany, we can send you an invitation letter that supports your visa application.

14. When do I receive the invitation letter?

The invitation letter is issued after the course deadline, only after the payment of the course fees is completed and the minimum number of participants is reached.

15. Do I get a certificate?

A Certificate of Participation is awarded to participants who attend at least 90% of the scheduled program.

16. Do I get university credits?

Depending on your university, you might get some credits for attending our programs.

17. What happens if the course is cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel a program before the specified date if demand for it is insufficient. In this case, applicants will receive a full refund.

18. Do I get a refund if I don´t get my visa?

Depending on when you apply for the visa, you can get a partial refund of the course fees already paid if you inform us that you have been denied a visa at least 90 days before the beginning of the course. In any case, we hold the right to keep 30% of the payment as cancellation fee.

19. Do I get a refund if I don´t want to take part into your course anymore?

Participants who wish to cancel their reservation are eligible for a refund of 70% of the course fees if they cancel at least 90 days prior to the course starting date. In this case, we hold the right to keep 30% of the payment as cancellation fee. No refunds is granted to participants who wish to cancel their reservation within 90 days before the course starting date.

20. Do I get a partial refund in case of illness during the course?

No leave is granted during the course period; absence due to illness or personal reasons does not imply any refund of the course fees.

21. Do you offer any scholarship?

Unless differently written in the course program, we are not responsible for scholarships or sponsorships; thus participants are responsible for the costs related to the course.

22. Can I join just one module of your program?

In many cases participants can choose to attend only one or two modules. We kindly ask you to get in contact with us to talk about this possibility.

23. Do I have some free time to visit the city?

In most cases our programs include a sightseeing tour of the city. For more precise information please check the program description.

24. Who are the programs suited for?

Our target are professionals, engineers, technicians, and students with a background in engineering or energy-related sciences.
